This policy applies to our website. It does not apply to other websites that we link to.

When you use a form on our website, we collect the information you enter:

• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company (optional), inquiry type and your message.
• Prototyping facility booking form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and your message.

We also collect the information you choose to share when you email or phone us directly.

Our forms are intended for business inquiries. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, the services that deliver it to your browser receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you request.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it;
• discuss and arrange the prototyping engagements, technical discussions, quotes or facility visits you ask about;
• operate, maintain and secure our website; and

We will not use your personal information for a new purpose without your consent, unless the law permits or requires it.

If we want to send you newsletters or other marketing emails, we will ask for your consent first. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How we share information

We use the following service providers to run our website and handle inquiries. They may receive or store personal information as part of the services they provide to us:

• Webflow, which hosts our website.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives submissions from our website forms and forwards them by email to info@spraywerx.com.
• Microsoft, which provides the email service (Microsoft 365) where we receive and store inquiries.
• Finsweet Consent Pro, which displays our cookie banner and records your cookie choices.
• Google, which provides Google Tag Manager.

These providers also handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires or authorizes it, for example to comply with a court order or other legal process.

Cookies, analytics and your choices

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website shows a cookie banner, provided by Finsweet Consent Pro, that lets you accept or reject cookies in these categories:

• Essential: needed for the website to work, including remembering your cookie choices. These are always on.

Some of our service providers, including Webflow and Google, are based in the United States and may store or process personal information there or in other countries. FormSubmit does not state where it processes information, so form submissions may also be processed outside Canada.

Personal information stored outside Canada is subject to the laws of the country where it is held. It may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities in that country.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires.

If we use your personal information to make a decision that directly affects you, we keep it for at least one year after that decision, so you have a reasonable opportunity to ask for access to it.

When we no longer need personal information for business or legal purposes, we destroy it or remove the details that identify you.

No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through our website forms.

We will respond within 30 business days, unless the law allows us more time. If a fee applies to an access request, it will be minimal and we will give you a written estimate first.

If we refuse all or part of your request, we will tell you why in writing, as far as the law allows, and explain how to ask the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia to review our decision.
