The Fixed-Part Challenge

Not all parts can be rotated. Landing gear cylinders, turbine housings, large industrial components, and delicate geometries often require the torch to move — not the part.

Traditional ID coating approaches require rotating the workpiece, which is impractical or impossible for many high-value components. Pulsar solves this by rotating the torch instead.

316 stainless steel construction rated at 20 bar and 500 RPM. Supports H2, O2, carrier gas, water, and air — everything needed for full HVOF functionality.

Universal mounting compatibility with Kuka, Fanuc, and ABB industrial robots. Designed for seamless integration into existing production cells.

ID-Nova Torch Compatibility

Built to work with Mini-Nova and ID-Nova MK-7 torches for complete coating flexibility on bores as small as 2.5" (63.5 mm).

Warm Spray Capable

Supports inert gas injection for Warm Spray applications on temperature-sensitive materials.
