ID-Nova — Purpose-Built for Internal Diameters
Our proprietary ID-Nova platform is engineered specifically for internal diameter coating applications that legacy systems can't address. From bores as small as 2.5 inches to complete rotation solutions for fixed components.
ID-Nova HVOF Platform
Two guns: Mini-Nova and MK-7. Internal diameters from 2.5" (63.5 mm). Axial injection, >65% deposition efficiency (NRC and Spraywerx validated, data on request). >1000 HV300 hardness, <1% porosity.

ID-Nova Warm Spray
Auxiliary nitrogen, argon, or CO2 in the HVOF stream. Lower gas temperature, higher velocity. A lower-cost alternative to cold spray. Preliminary Ti-64 and IN-625 results.
Pulsar Rotation System
Servo-driven rotation up to 500 RPM. For fixed parts that cannot be rotated. Robot-ready: Kuka, Fanuc, ABB.
Controllers & Systems
Compact Controller with HMI and safety interlocks. H2V manual high-pressure controller. Part handling: spray lathes, turntables. Turnkey system packages available.
